Shipping Rates and Time

Shipping of the TrueID TV box to all addresses in Thailand is free of charge.

The shipping time depends on the destination:

  • 2-5 business days within Bangkok metropolitan area
  • 2-7 business days for other provinces

Cancellation & refund

You can only cancel the TrueID TV box from your order before the checkout process. If you have already checked out, your order cannot be cancelled.

Refund

TrueID TV box shipped can be returned within 7 days for a full refund upon receipt of shipment in most cases.
